No Service

I've had no service all day, the EE website says there is no issues in my area, I've tried turning the phone off and on, turning airplane mode off and on, taking the sim out and putting it back in and nothing.

 

I can't call as I have no service.

 

Any ideas???

Hi @vadim72 and welcome to the community

 

If you've checked the status checker and nothing's reported, it may be useful to ascertain if there is indeed a coverage issue. Do you know of anyone else locally, who is on EE and you could compare coverage with? If there's a network fault, it would also affect them.

 

Otherwise - the status checker includes the facility to "report a problem" which sends a report to network teams to investigate your local area.

 

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?
