Hi, I too am having the same problems. When I joined 2 years ago, no problem, 5g in areas.
Like you I have very poor service, have not had 5g in 5g areas for several months, calls taking up to a minute to connect, incoming call quality poor and often echos.
My contract is up September I shall move to another provider.

Are you getting 4G in these locations, or no coverage whatsoever? Does the coverage tool predict 5G service in these areas? It's possible that a 5G-add is being tested, if not.
If calls are taking more than a few seconds to setup, there is a problem. Can you use mobile data whilst on calls?
