My sim isn’t working and my phone is saying no service and I can’t ring or call anyone but when I turn the phone off it is asking for a sim pin which I don’t know what mine is

If you have changed your SIM PIN and forgotten it, your only option will be to enter it incorrectly 3 times and then use a PUK to unlock your SIM. You can obtain a PUK from your myEE online account.

Entering a PUK incorrectly 10 times will permanently block your SIM.
