Is this problem indoors, outdoors or both? And is this just in one specific location or all areas?
If it's just one location, what does the coverage checker report? And are there any reported issues showing on the status checker ?
Are you on pay-monthly or PAYG? There are circumstances where it can make a difference - pay-monthly customers have access to additional facilities that can help in marginal signal areas, such as WiFi calling
