No EE reception for months SG14 area

I have only been able to use my phone because of home WiFi. Yet EE still charging me monthly and they are aware there is a problem in my area 😡

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some service problems. Have you checked the status of the full postcode on our coverage and network status checker?
