No 5G on my account?

Hi,

on my iPhone 13 I never get 5G. I went to Spain and I was getting 5g (my account has free roaming)

Shouldn't I get 5G in UK too? my bill doesn't say if I have got 4g or 5g.

only says SIM Plan 1GB - Our best speeds – no Max Mbps

but I find confusing the EE site, I don't see anywhere a mention of 5G. If I was a new customer SIM only or changing my plan, I don't see anywhere advertised 5G, only says either best speeds , excellent or good speeds...

other mobile providers have 5G advertised on their site. My friend on Smarty pays less than me, gets more data and gets 5g.

All EE contract plans are now 5G; PAYG only 4G.
