I moved into a new build 2 months ago and literally every service recognises my postcode except EE.
I can't check the signal in my area as it's saying my postcode is invalid. I can't sign up for network alerts as apparently my postcode is "not in the UK".
The only place where it works is the fibre broadband checker!
Is anyone here able to assist with this?

I don't know how often EE update the postcode database, but can you use a nearby postcode as an interim measure?
Depending how urban/rural you are, the serving site(s) are unlikely to be vastly different over a short distance.

It's good that the EE BB Checker recognises it. Shows that postcode is registered correctly.

Yes that works, but it's only EE that doesn't recognise my real postcode. Vodafone, Three and O2 all recognise it

I could update the billing address without issue; it's just the network checker that's not working
