It was supposed to be 5g but  I only get 4g connected and only have 2 signal bar

@Tz23 are you on contract or PAYG ?  You only get 5G on contract.   Are you in a 5G area ? Is your device a 5G device?  Is 5G enabled on that device?

@Tz23 , 4G still works well and as for the bars, that will depend where you are also and is it everywhere? It will depend whether it is a remote area, how far away from the mast you are and also buildings and trees can have an effect too.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with "only 2 signal bar" unless you're having any specific issues using your phone. It is not the be-all-and-end-all of good mobile service, that many people think it is.

Are you having any problems making or receiving calls? Sending & receiving text messages? Using mobile data?
