Restarted the router, which didn't work, and forgot both WiFi (5g and 2.4) and still not working.

OK, thanks for trying, @Lesleyh123
I'm not sure why it isn't working for you. If you're a pay monthly contract customer, it may be worth going onto our live chat service, so they can check your account. You can access it through the 'help' section of the EE App.

Thanks Christopher
I'll try that 👍

The AI chat function just keeps going through Network issues and tells me to set up WiFi. Or it tells me to ring. It appears impossible to get it to put me through to a person 😞

Do you have another phone that you could give us a call from, @Lesleyh123?

No, sorry, that's the problem! We're both on EE, and both have Google Pixel phones (different models).
We can't contact Paul's unwell and elderly mum 350 miles away.

I understand your concern @Lesleyh123
Can you try to turn the WiFi Calling setting off on the phone and then try a restart again, before switching WiFi Calling back on to see if that helps to get you connected?

Thanks Michael, we will do when we're back home. Just got a text saying it's still down and taking longer than expected to fix. Let's hope it's soon.

Hi Michael,
I've tried that and WiFi calls are still not working. If we drive 6 or 7 miles to a local village everything works ok (ie normal network ) but not at home.
The network checker still says it's down too.

Good afternoon @Lesleyh123, thanks for giving that a try for us!
What happened when you tried enabling WiFi Calls?
Also if you look at the icons at the top of your screen, when this is enabled do you see an icon that looks like a WiFi symbol with a phone next to it?
This is what would usually indicate that it's using this option for your calls.
