NO COVERAGE

We have had no coverage in my area of work now for over 4 weeks,i have done the coverage checker and they said they have a problem and they don't know when it will be fixed? my phone is also used for work and customers trying to call etc and i miss calls,can't whatsapp etc etc,can i claim some sort of compensation back as i am paying for a service which i can't use properly?

Local coverage outages are normally fixed quite promptly in a couple of days, anything taking longer is often due to an external or third-party issue beyond EE's direct control.

Anytime you have indoor coverage issues for whatever reason, WiFi-calling allows you to continue using your phone without needing mobile network coverage - if you're posting here using WiFi, you can make & receive calls, send & receive text messages.
