@Fenwick91 EE covers the whole of the UK with more than one mast and as I’ve got a connection the network isn’t down but your local mast could be. Check THIS and click the check status tab. Do you have a signal showing on the device? Have you tried just restarting the device? Is anyone else with you who is on EE having this issue?

@Fenwick91 , do you have fixed broadband? If you do, try switching wifi calling on, you can do this in settings, scroll down to phone and switch it on from there, does that work?
