Unable to Make Calls in the USA Despite Active 7-Day Roaming Pass

i have a 7 day roaming pass for usa, cannot connect with any of the 4 networks availble. unable to make any calls

internet, whats app, messaging is working

what can i do ?

@na1959 purchasing add-ons only keeps costs down. It doesn’t enable roaming on your account that is done by texting roaming to 150 before you leave the UK,  you now need to use live chat via the EE app to chat with customer support to ask them to enable roaming on your account. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.

For live messaging, please go into your EE app > press the Help icon > Click on Talk to Us and choose Message Us.
