Mobile internet dropping out

I think there's something wrong with the closest tower to Yelverton Road, Coventry.

I usually have no issues but starting Tuesday, the Internet keeps dropping out at random.

Has anyone had these issues recently?

Tested yesterday and today, same problems.

Have you managed to check the network status checker recently to see if there are any further updates?

 i just got to work, data connection seems to be working now, but I will check later when I have have some time.

It seems odd that this is so intermittent, but I'm confident we can get to the bottom of what's happening.

When you get the opportunity, please reach out to our technical team, and they'll be able to take a closer look into the area and shed more light on what exactly is going on.

If you head to the help section of the EE app though, we do have messaging available for certain queries. 

Giving them a call will definitely be the best way to get this checked out though, and if you're unable to speak with them for any reason we do offer the option of a text relay service too.
