Morning,
I am unable to use my mobile phone currently due to there being an issue in my area. I cannot phone EE due to this and have no access to wifi to get onto the app to contact them that way.
I believe I have missed a telephone job interview due to this issue and am unable to get in contact with EE in any way to try to help with a solution.
Does anyone have any advice?

If you've not done so already, try toggling flight mode to ensure your phone hasn't "dropped off" available coverage.
Use the "check service status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker in the first instance, to check for local service outages. The "report a problem" link should be used if no issues are reported but EE users continue to have issues.A loss of coverage will remove the ability to make/receive calls, send/receive texts or use mobile data.
If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage. Out of interest, what internet connection are you using to post on this forum?

I have already checked the coverage checker and there are issues.
No access to wifi for my mobile, I am currently using a work PC to post on here
