Are you able to clarify any of the points I raised yesterday at 2.15PM?

The signal is fine I’ve checked everything I can check, the calls cut off when I’m talking to someone, but I have managed to speak to someone from EE and waiting a call back.

thanks but finally got to talk to a EE customer technical dept and waiting for a call back
