You have been reporting issues in DN39 6XF for several weeks. It is still being shown on your Network Status Checker as a known issue to be fixed in four hours. Four hours is already 15 days or more. Will the problem ever be fixed?

I hardly think a best estimate of 4 hours reflects the actual situation. The problem is still not fixed. 17 days and counting!

The fix estimates on the status tool are a well-intentioned best estimate of a fix time, these can sometimes be delayed beyond that which everyone would prefer.

CS may have further details on the estimated time if you call in.
