Mast out of service in Radcliffe

Hi all, I’m looking for some help possibly, in 25th June I came home and had little to no data at home I had to go outside to get messages to send and even text messages struggle sending too, it is still like this today just not quite as slow, I was contacted by a guru as I requested and was told the local mast out is out of service and was refunded a months worth of bill, I was updated on my place saying it was taking longer to fix and that was the last I heard, I have no other way of getting internet at home as Wi-Fi is so expensive could someone help me get in contact with someone to see what’s going on as my calls get cut off often now, do you think because of the refund I won’t have internet access for a whole month? Thanks

Hi I haven’t had service at home now since 25th June (2024) so almost 2weeks now I have contacted a guru and was advised the local mast was out of service and that was it my place was updated twice and no more contact since them I’ve been without internet at home that whole time please could you see if someone can look into it as I don’t know how to use the 150 system any more as it doesn’t allow you to speak to anyone thanks

@Jade0499 , this is not customer service, you would have to contact them yourself, we have no way of knowing who you are, there is no account access here.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Both your posts have been merged into the same place.

If you've not done so already, try toggling flight mode to ensure your phone hasn't "dropped off" available coverage.

Use the "check service status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker  in the first instance, to check for local service outages. A loss of coverage will remove the ability to make/receive calls, send/receive texts or use mobile data.

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.

Hi @Jade0499

I definitely recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team on 150 so they can look into what is happening in your area.

Follow option 2, then the options for mobile and technical support. You should get through to speak to someone.
