Hi had no signal in Lydiate L31 since the start of the year. Is this affecting anyone else?

11 months is a long time, less likely (but not impossible) to be a fault.
I'd recommend checking your location on the coverage map use both "check status" (for faults & issues) and "check coverage" for a service prediction.
Do you know any other EE users locally, that you could compare service with? A network outage would affect all users indiscriminately.

Hi, yes have done that, and received updates periodically saying issue not resolved. We have complained and apparently it isn’t a problem with the actual mast but to do with a tree growing near the mast which must be blocking the signal. EE having issues gaining access to the site as on private land. Other networks use the same mast so would have same issue if change network. neighbours have issue but only seems to be us with no signal at all.

Line of sight & foliage issues are not uncommon, they tend to be more prevalent in the summer months but if trimming and/or legal consents are required - it's entirely possible the resolution could be slow.
