LTE-M can potentially mean different things to different people. What specific service are you enquiring about?
EE don't generally announce rollout dates in advance, they are always subject to change.

I am about to purchase a gps tracking system for my falcon. This produced by a Spanish company and the system operates by a signal from a transmitter on the falcon is sent to a satellite and the satellite sends a location of the falcon to the mobile phone. I am told the system requires that EE needs to be connected in their network to NTM-E. Does EE have this connected?

A Spanish gps tracking system for birds of prey requires the phone system in UK to be connected to LTE-M. I am about to purchase this gps system and would ask if EE is connected to LTE-M?

@GIJG25 , what is your question? We cannot answer or help, if you do not give us more information, just writing in the subject line does not help either.

Good morning @GIJG25, welcome to the EE Community!
Whilst I'm aware of a few trials within the last few years, I'm afraid at present EE don't offer a commercial LTE-M network.
I'm not aware if this will be something we're looking to introduce in the future, but if anything were to change we'd be sure to let you know.
