When a customer comes to you next time, do let them know in advance that Oxford is not a suitable place to buy an EE sim as there are 1 to 0 signals of 4G at times 😕

Is anyone else having the issue of EE sim's internet not working in phone? We've literally been going to EE store to cancel the contract for the whole week but the customer service is really pathetic. Rather than resolving the issue, they are saying buy a new phone :@ . They should pay for buying a new phone then

Are you SIM only or Device contract?
Have you been able to check for any known issues within your area using the Coverage Checker?
I have entered a post code for Oxfordshire and can see there is service available for both 4G and 5G.
Please could you also try your SIM in another device to see if this improves? should it improve this would indicate a problem with the device you are using.

Hi !
I am using the sim only contract with EE. Every other network's sim is working in the device like Lyca, 3, Vodafone. Why is there Internet issue with EE only 😐
