Hi @Kavin1

I recommend popping your full postcode into our Service Status Checker. It will let you know if we're aware of any maintenance works in your area, and let you report one if we're not.

The WiFi calling service will help you keep connected when you're linked to WiFi.

If you'd like to discuss this with our technical support team, you can find the contact details to call from another phone on our contact us page, and if you're a pay monthly customer, there's a live chat service in the 'help' section of the EE App.

Hi @Kavin1

Just to add to to what XRaySpeX has asked, when you are having internet issues you can Check your Coverage and Signal by entering your postcode.

Is it just your internet that you are having issues with or is it calls and texts too?

Thanks

Ritu

Internet, calls and texts everything
