Hello All. (hopefully someone from EE)
For the last few days when I call a number from my contacts I get a message saying "You have dialled an incorrect number" it can do this 2 or 3 times and then it connects. It is every number I call so its not one particular number. I have powered off my phone, taken the sim card out and gave it a clean, inserted it back in and powered on the phone. Everything seems fine but then when I call a number the same things happen. Can you please let me know if there is a network issue or if it has anything to do with a recent update on my Galaxy A71.

Does it make any difference if you dial the call manually as opposed to using your contacts?

I've mostly called contacts but 2 calls I've made by dialing the number it has also done the same.

Can you receive calls OK?
Are you able to try the SIM card in another phone to see if the same happens?

Yes i can receive calls ok. I'll try it in another phone later. Seems to be happening afer a recent update on my phone so that may be the cause.
