Same here.. recently I've had so many issues with EE.. reception issues.. sending me incorrect info.
We are paying for a service which we are not even provided. When I call them I have to listen to a message then a text is sent to me and they hang up... we need to talk to people not listen to pre recordings... service from ee is so appalling... they should refund us for service lost.
