I am unable to receive calls from all networks including EE - what is going on? Tried to call customer service tech support which had a voicemail left only stating calls from Vodafone networks unable  to come through then cuts off. I have been awaiting an important call all day and now understand why I was not receiving anything. I do not think it is acceptable to have this as a resolution/ reassurance to customers extremely disappointed and frustrated. Can someone please tell me what is going on

I’m not sure forwarding the calls would work as it seems to be identifying my number as not even existing. Very poor from EE on customer service.

I am also having this issue, this has been since yesterday afternoon. WhatApp calls are fine, the signal bars are full. I have tried rebooting a few times, this seemed to work for an hour or so and then the problem started again. I couldn't make or receive calls from Vodafone (I'm not sure about other service providers) and I also couldn't call the Voicemail service, it came up saying 'line busy' each time.

Still seems to be ongoing today. I can call one person on O2 but everyone else gives three beeps and then disconnects. When people call me they hear ringing but phone doesn’t work unless they are on Vodafone when nothing happens. 

Can call 150 but not open yet.

Just had a text saying its sorted but it's not. My voxi number is now working but my ee number is not. I can dial I hear it ring but phones not ringing and did the restart as requested but as you say office not open

The issue impacting some customers' calls to and from a Vodafone number has been resolved. We're very sorry for any inconvenience caused. Calls to other networks, mobile data and text messages were not affected.

I can’t even call my own number from my own EE phone, so it’s not just Vodafone. 

It is also not fixed. Can you arrange for someone to call me on my work mobile or chat to me online???

My Ee number and my voxi number are both working now took 3 or 4 restarts though
