I find reception not the best, although I have stayed with you. To make phone calls the worst, I have to go upstairs. Been a customer for 15years.had virgin installed all that time but had bt installed, did it get better, no. Not satisfied with bt also, bills been wrong, only been a customer with bt since march

@yv7 What exactly are you talking about? You mentioned about going upstairs for phone calls then you mention about having BT installed, I assume you mean broadband with that. This has nothing to do with the cellular reception on your phone. What’s the signal like outside your home on your mobile phone ?
Have you tried using Wi-Fi calling on your device as that is exactly why it’s there

100% national indoor coverage is unlikely to be achieved by any network operator, but WiFi-calling allows full use of your phone without needing mobile coverage - anywhere you have WiFi/broadband connections available.
