How to unsubscribe from network status alerts, after leaving EE?

I have recently left EE and so no longer want to receive the network status checker updates which are emailed to me from no-reply@servicestatus.ee.co.uk.

However, when I try to log in to the service status page to manage my saved locations at https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee then it fails to log me in as my number is no longer on the EE network.

Please can you help me stop these emails?

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction with this. For anyone else who has the same problem, the customer services phone number won't work because they require you to enter an EE phone number before you can proceed. Instead, I was helped by the people at the online chat service at https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee/technical-support/mobile

You originally set up these network status updates from the Network Status Checker 's  Manage my places. Unfortunately once you have left EE you can't remove it from there as it no longer recognises your no. You will need to call CS to remove it for you.

You could call CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.

Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & trust it is now sorted.
