Hi how, looking at getting a contract with EE how do the community rate the network?

@Robo23 As with all networks there will be issues from time to time it’s inevitable. but on the whole I’ve only ever had one network issue and that was years ago ( I think 2013 ) and it effected most of the network. But as a whole it’s the best network I’ve used so I’ve remained a customer since 2007 when I was an Orange customer. Have a look at THIS as that forum is all from customers having network issues. Please remember that customers only use that forum when they have a complaint to make and if you think about the number of EE customers there actually is there isn’t that many posts and some of those complaints have nothing to do with the network and could be device/sim related.

Everyone's experience will differ, and the nature of a community forum is that you tend to get regular users and people with problems, split roughly 50/50.
Nationally, EE is one of the more consistent operators although this does often come at a price premium.

Just ensure you buy online or over the phone and if you aren't happy you can cancel within 14 days.
