How to request better mobile data in an area?
Mobile data at my place of work is very bad. Using the Network status checker online it always says:
"Service problem in XXX XXX We are aware of a problem with this site."
But nothing ever seems to improve.

Are you aware how long ago this issue first occurred?
I believe the right team are looking into this by the Network Status Checker showing a reported issue.

When you refer to better mobile data, are you experiencing issues with data speeds? Or poor coverage in general - which will affect data, calls & texts.
And as per the previous reply, has this always been a problem in this location - when this issue start?

Thanks for the reply both and sorry about being slow in getting back.
Not entirely sure when it first started but the mobile data in the area / building in question has been unusable for at least 6 months. Loading a web page or refreshing social media often takes minutes or just times out altogether.
Single on the phone often shows 2 / 3 bars 4G so should be this unusable.
If it was not for the website network checker always showing a "Service problem in your area" I would be sure the building has a blocker of some kind.
