How do I contact EE about a phone mast?

I need to speak to EE about a phone mast which is on a piece of land owned by the organisation I work for.  We wish to build on the land but have no record of where the cables are located. No customer services options allow me to ask general queries about this, so its unclear how to get in contact with EE to discuss. What email or phone number should I be contacting for this?

CS won't be able to assist with this - there is a H&S notice on the external compound fence of all EE network sites which gives a contact number for this sort of query,

Realistically though, any builder may also want to source their own service searches to identify cables if they're at all unsure.
