I have a pretty serious problem, I lived in London and had an ok signal, I moved outside near the ocean and I have no signal at all at home and at work outdoors, when I go on the roads I still get a little. I have spoken many times with EE and no one knows what to do, they said that there is not much signal in my area. the problem is i would like to quit EE because it is another network that offers internet but last month they extended my sim contract and i told them i want to quit and they make me pay over 600 pounds. but I didn't sign any contract or anything.

I've been talking to you all the time but you don't want to understand, your interest in fooling people and taking money, nobody knows what to do with it, I also don't have internet at work outdoors, at home and I've even been to the hospital and all the internet was not working, it only works on some roads. if you don't want to understand that I've been fighting with you for a month and a half and I keep explaining that I'm giving you money for nothing. for me this will be your last month of payment. you can put me in the yard and anywhere, I didn't sign any contract and I can prove that it's not a signal, I'm paying for nothing for something I don't get.

@Popovici   What ?   No one here knows who you are or what you’re on about ?    I think you’ll be best off calling customer services about what ever your issue is about.
