We have a problem for more than 10 days . I went to the store and called third time and sent email

There is no acceptable answer.

Thanks for coming to the community.  

If you enter the postcode on the coverage checker, and select 'check status' you will have the option to report the problem and register for updates on the area. 

Our network team will send an update when they have more information.
