I have been dealing with my phone not calling out (won’t even dial just cuts off) and if anyone rings me they can’t hear me and it cuts off! I’ve been having to use What’s app! This happening on and off WIFi, in and outside the house!
I’ve now reached my limit especially since I pay over £80 a month for something that does not work!
today I had an emergency with my son and I couldn’t even make contact to his dad because your company has let me down and my phone wouldn’t work! I’ve tried everything and nothing is working!
