EE Reception In CM19 terrible.

My work building has had no indoor signal for days now. Dozens of people at work can't make or take calls. Looking at the coverage map as per my account, the network seems to be out all over the place. My contract is up in a couple of weeks. Bye bye EE.

Hi @steve6961

Thanks for coming to the community.

Just to add to @Schockwave's advice, when you're on the mobile coverage checker, are you looking at "Check Service Status"?

Does this show any issues in the area?

All networks have temporary outages from time-to-time, be they planned or unplanned. WiFi-calling is available to plug indoor coverage issues whenever & whyever they occur.

What do you mean by this? You can use the "check status" option on the webtool to search for known issues in any given location.

Our entire work building in the CM19 area and all of our drivers are having the same issue the signal is non existent.

when we have checked the service map and everything else as advised it is saying all the signal is fine complete lies.

THIS NEEDS FIXING . SIGNAL NOT FINE MAJOR PROBLEMS  !!!!!!!

Hi,

my building is having the same issues as Steve

we use your coverage checker and it says excellent coverage which is not the case at all.

completely unacceptable ....

stop sending people to the check coverage page and get a engineer out

Hey there @G221!

Welcome to the Community 😊

If you're still experiencing trouble with your connection and there aren't any updates via the network status checker, I'd definitely recommend reaching out to our technical support team so we can get this investigated further.

You can find all the details you need on how to contact them HERE, or also message us in the Help section of the EE app.

Have you used the "Check Status" option? And then "report a problem"?

Every affected user can do this.
