EE Network Status Checker

I have an independent website telling me there's an issue with the ee network but the ee checker says it's all fine. I just get the feeling that they're taking our money and they just don't care. Wish I'd never switched from GiffGaff, the coverage for just £10 a month was superb, tethering worked, it's does't work as well on EE for some weird reason even though I'm supposed to be 5G enabled in 5G areas. It's just crap, as soon as I can leave the network I will.

See my response to Bristolian.

Try responding to me too, put your prices down for the bad service. That would be a start or call me to discuss options to get out of my contract. I'm fed up, ee just isn't very good.

Hi @fidgetyfish

Have you reported your problems on the network status checker? That way our network team will investigate it.

Chris

Yes I have. The way to solve the problems is to discuss how to get me out of this bad contract so I can return to the 02 network and Giff Gaff where I had very few issues for a decade.

Our Mobile Care team will be able to discuss that with you, @fidgetyfish.

Chris

From what @fidgetyfish has described, I would suspect a phone-fault might at least be partly to blame for this. If the EE network had as widespread a problem as they're experiencing, then I'd expect to see far more complaints.

The third-party status checker results count for nothing, you can easily obtain similar "there's a problem" results from all major telecoms suppliers in most areas with very little effort.

Is there a NOT HELPFUL and MILDLY CONDESCENDING button?
