There is a continuous problem in the CV34 6.. area around Warwick, UK. The phone will not hold calls at all in the area, and as soon as you enter the area, any call underway falters and then fails.
This has been going on for months now and shows no sign of being fixed. Anyone else also experiencing this?

Does VoLTE/4G-calling show on the phone screen when calls drop?
Does this always happen on a similar route?

No - all over this particular postcode area. Have spoken to tech support already, who say it is an ongoing problem that gets closed on Fridays and reopened on Mondays. Coverage checker now suggesting it should be fine, but it is clearly not.

New telephone system is difficult to get through to anyone. I have spoken to someone about it once, as indicated above. Do not have time to sit on phone waiting for response. Expect some feedback once the report is raised about when it will be fully fixed and working again, or a reopened case as it is clearly still not fixed.
Have reported on status checker at least once, but again - don't have time to keep logging in to report what is an ongoing problem just becuase it gets closed off at weekends until someone else re-reports it.

Doesn't give any information on what is obviously a long term problem, and wifi calling is of little use when out and about...

Can not send text messages in CV34 area. Calls are hit and miss.

Do we have any problems reported for the area on the Coverage and Network Status Checker, if you select 'Check Network'?
If nothing is showing, you can report this and the network team will get the area looked into and keep you updated.
