We have a damaged phone mast in my area BS15. Last text update from EE was that it was going to be fixed on 03/02/23, this has not happened. Online it says 'will be good within 16 hours' however this is the same update as the last 2 weeks. Where is the update? Will we be entitled to a refund for loss of coverage?

The fix times issued by the status tool are well-intentioned but can sometimes be estimates. Without knowing the nature of the damage, it's impossible to speculate further.
EE's legals do provide for service outages and there is no automatic right to a refund for local loss of coverage - if you want to discuss your specific account then the best way is to call CS on 150 or 0800 0798586.
You should be able to use WiFi-calling anytime you have indoor coverage issues.
