Hi I’ve a brand new 1 phone 14 just joined EE,

and finding the reception completely useless. I’ve contacted customer service had all the updates checked and updated to no avail. So bad that the customer service representative tried to call me back on 3 occasions in 2 locations but we could not get a connection.

@Steve-Clarke   Is this indoors or outside?  If indoors have you tried enabling Wi-Fi calling ?  You’ll find this in settings>phone.

Can you elaborate on what your specific issues are?

Are you experiencing poor coverage in areas where the coverage tool predicts good service, for example?
