Cold weather=0 speed?

Hello, im using my 4g sim in my router for months and always have 75% signal and -85 db whoch gives me 15-20mbit and 35-45 ping. Since this cold weather started in London (2-3 days) I have 0% signal, 1 mbit speed and 800+ ping ALL THE TIME. I did not move my router from the spot, tried another spots in the house,checked updates on firmware,tried factory reset,tried different bands etc and nothing help. Can the cold weather have connection with this sudden drop in quality ? Its absolutely unusable and if it stays like that when the weather gets warmer I will have to change provider which is a shame because I had best pings with EE

Have you checked our network status checker to see if there are any issues in your area at the moment?

If you can identify the serving eNB ID in your router software, has it changed since the speeds/indicated coverage dropped?

Otherwise do you have an EE mobile, and does it have the same problems? The network signal is identical.
