Cant make calls

My calls are not going through its saying cant make calls. Texts work and my bill is paid

Same here. We can receive calls from other networks and WiFi calling is fine. But no tone when dialling out, the call just gets cancelled and that's on all 4 devices in our house.

Can’t make calls no update from EE anyone have a clue what’s going on?

i have had my son call and text me they come through no issue but when im trying to call its not allowing any calls to go through and as with you and others its just hanging up

I cannot make calls from my phone it was working fine and a call cut off and I can’t make any calls since

I’m having problems making calls to check on the whereabouts of my daughter after school and so is my partner, is anyone else experiencing the same

No network all day today what is shocking after I have a heart condition where I need my phone 24/7 for the hospital to contact me if they find a problem also I can’t call anyone or receive calls or text messages absolutely shocking when I’m paying £65 a month and not receiving anything when EE are ment to be the best network coverage in the uk

Unable to get through to anyone on chat as just reports potentially network issues. I stared I can get through to 150 but says ee cannot take your call right now. So there is a routing issue in the background. I'm vulnerable and need to speak to someone. I try chat again and states to speak to someone called 150. I can't! I'm stuck in a loop. I've tried loads on app different words. We just need people not bots !!!!
