Cant make calls

My calls are not going through its saying cant make calls. Texts work and my bill is paid

Are you in the UK or abroad? Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? When could you last make or receive calls?

We can certainly try to help you with a little more information on what is happening.

Do you have a contract or pay as you go SIM?

If it is a pay as you go SIM, when was the last chargeable usage on the SIM?

Does the phone show you have signal?

Are you in the UK or abroad?

If you are in the UK, have you checked the local area for any problems on our network checker?

My two children nor myself can make or receive phone calls.  We are all in different locations too so not a location problem
