Can’t make or receive calls

I have a PAYM contract with an iPhone 12, but whenever I call someone or whenever someone calls me, it just cuts out. It’s not even because of poor reception or whatever because it literally cuts out about a second after starting the call. 

Any ideas why/how this is happening? Any help is hugely appreciated.

Yes. All calls, all numbers, wherever I am, it just won’t ring. When I make a call, no matter who I’m calling or where I’m calling from or even my signal, it will just immediately cut out. 

I’ve reset the network settings on my phone and even that didn’t do anything. 

It’s VERY frustrating. Paying £50 a month, and not being able to make calls isn’t great.

Are you able to try the SIM card in another phone to see if the same happens?

I have exactly the same problem,  I renewed my contract on Friday with same handset and number but cannot make

or receive calls atm 🤷‍♂️
