Hi, I am an EE customs who lives in Jersey, Channel Islands and for the last few days I have had no network connection. Can someone assist? Thanks

The Channel Islands are not part of the UK and are therefore covered by local networks. To use your phone abroad, as this technically is, is classed as roaming and is chargeable.
Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? Has your phone worked abroad before?

Thanks for your reply. I've lived here 19 months now and have used my existing EE contract without issue until this week when my 4G coverage has vanished.
I have a pay monthly contract.

Hi @CraigDinnett,
Did your EE plan start before 7 July 2021? If it didn't, do you have the £10 Roam Abroad Add-on or Roaming Smart Benefit?
James

Hi James
My sim only contract started 17 Feb 2021. I don’t have any add-ons or the roaming smart benefit.

Are you saying you have 2G/3G coverage there?
EE's plans are designed for UK residents on short-term trips abroad, not long-term residents of those locations.

I’ve had 3G/4G with EE since moving here, without any problems at all.
I knew about the lack of EE coverage here as my wife had to switch to Sure when we arrived but my EE coverage kept working fine so I just stuck with it.

Hi James
It connects to JT but only for calls and texts (no 3G or 4G).
