Seriously who advertise EE is the best network in UK?!

It’s been cut the line ten times while using this network and always no network in city centre. If I stay in remote area, I would understand that sometimes it will not full coverage, but it’s in MAN city centre !!!!!

If you have no coverage in a city centre there could be a fault somewhere, do you know if other EE users (friends or relatives) are having similar issues in the same area?

You can also check for (and report) issues using the "check status" option on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee

How long have you had this problem for?

It's the same in many places in Macclesfield and Prestbury, as well as most of the West Coast rail line

Is it when you're travelling on the train when you have these problems or stationary in these places, @Benjones2015?

Chris

Hi Chris, both is the answer. Many locations in the Macclesfield area are devoid of EE signal. When travelling on the West Coast line the signal is pretty useless most of the journey to London. I had an O2 phone which offers a signal in all these areas. EE claim a good service indoors and out, but this is not true.

The area looks to have a generally good 4G/3G connection, @Benjones2015.

However, there are some areas that don't have quite as good a signal. You can check the coverage on our coverage tool.

Also, when you're travelling on a train, you're passing through different masts and can sometimes lose signal.
