So I've had my phone for a whole 7 weeks and have never managed to have a phonecall that doesn't drop out! I can hear the other person but they can't hear me and then the call goes( not them hanging up!)
I've had a new SIM, been in-store 3 times for the handset to be checked, the last time was today for 2 hours and when it was returned apparently there was nothing found! Funny that because the same problem happened on the first call I had!!!
I can't think a new phone should be this problematic, so how do I get to speak to someone and request a replacement? I mean a phone is for calls after all and this one isn't doing that!
Really fed up, sorry about the rant🫤

Hi @Joolsmc
Great to hear that WiFi calling resolves the problem in your home. If you want to report a problem with our mobile network to our network team, you can by popping your postcode into our coverage checker and hitting 'check status'.

Hi Chris
Thanks for your message. Although WiFi calling doesn't drop out the calls, it's difficult to have a conversation with people as it's unclear. I've had a few people say they can't hear me very well so the clarity of calls on WiFi calling isn't good. Unfortunately your coverage checker doesn't list my phone, however I used an old model and it says I should have excellent coverage which I obviously don't have. I'll contact EE direct to try and resolve. Thanks Jools

If you hit 'check status' instead of 'check coverage' it will let you know if we're aware of any problems in the area, @Joolsmc.
Yeah, it could be worth having a chat with our technical support team to see if they can help in any way.
