Hya mind is shocking too. Upgraded my phone and it’s even worse. Like you I get 1 bar and calls keep cutting out it’s ridiculous. Paying for a service I’m getting no use out of it I’m furious.
for years I’ve had full signal no problems but now it’s diabolical

Hi @Cazdee
Thanks for coming to the community.
I know it's not nice when you're facing trouble with your services like this, and I'm disappointed you're no further forward since calling to speak with us either.
The team should have completed a technical diagnostic from the information you gave them. If no issues were found within the area you're facing these difficulties in, then the team would usually ask you to provide some specific examples of when your calls drop out.
What was the advice they gave?
Have they asked you to go away and gather examples of these dropped calls and contact us back?

They did that and it changed nothing then sent me 3 texts of things to do and that didn’t work
What were the specific suggestions they sent you?
As an aside, there's nothing inherently wrong with 1bar - in crude terms, it's still a bar and is displayed coverage. If calls are dropping, that is something CS should be passing on via a fault ticket if necessary.
That sometimes needs specific examples of failed calls over a short period of time. Did you offer to provide that?

That would suggest the new phone is possibly the issue.
What were the specific suggestions made by CS, for you to try? You mentioned they texted you with things to try, but didn't say what those suggestions were.
Do you have call problems if you put your SIM back in your old phone?
