For the last couple of weeks I've been having problems receiving or making calls and texts. I've spent the last couple of hours trying to get in touch with EE over this. But calls and texts won't go through and when I do finally get to speak to someone we get cut off after 30 seconds and they don't call back. Wifi calling also does not function.
Exactly how am I supposed to solve these problems? I have no landline.

What is the problem you have with making calls? What happens when you try doing so?
Does your phone show network coverage? Are these problems in one location or are they more general? When were you last able to make calls?
Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?

Calls are cut off or don't even get through. Texts are not delivered (even from EE). This has been going on for a couple of weeks. Wifi calling also not working.
But luckily I managed to get through for long enough to a very helpful person in Ireland and my issues have now been logged. Seems there's a problem in my area which is taking a while to address.

@Terry20251 ,thank you for getting back and letting us know. Not sure why wifi calling is not working. I take it you have tried this using fixed broadband?
Hope you get it sorted soon.
