I’m switching from 3 to EE and my 3 subscription was just data only. No minutes or text. (Long story, but that’s why I’m switching) 

I did it this morning online. 

I need to contact EE to ask them something about and when it will start working etc, but because I have no minutes with 3 I cannot call them and there is no online chat function. What can I do to talk to someone? I have no other phone to call from.

does anyone know what happens next? How long it takes to switch and as I have a eSIM is there anything else I need to do? I have had no email instructions at all. With 3 I had to put in all this info on my phone for eSIM. But I haven’t done anything yet

Welcome to the community.

If you have submitted the PAC this morning, the numbers should be transferred over tomorrow for you.

If the plans are going to be on eSIM, you will need to make sure that the numbers are up and running with eSIM activated for the number to be able to activate.

If the new EE plans include minutes, you can activate the SIM cards and call our customer service guides using the temporary EE number if you do need to speak to anyone.
