eSIM

So… got my new phone, hadn’t got round to setting it up when I stupidly left my old phone on the roof or the car and drove off… as you can imagine the results was not nice. Phone smashed and unable to get in to it. So set up new phone asking to set up new eSIM and it needs to access my old phone. Has anyone had this issue and if so how to go about it? Or would I be quicker just calling ee? Thanks

My  understanding here, is that you'll need to request a replacement pSIM either delivered to your billing address or face-to-face in an EE retail store with photographic ID.

If you specifically want to remain with eSIM you can then change to that using your working pSIM
