I stupidly bought a Motorola Neo 50 from EE before coming to the USA. It's a rubbish phone and won't let me buy a roaming pass. I have tried contacting EE by phone but every time I call it asks me to press 1, which I do, but EEs system says goodbye. I am at the end of my tether. The text I got telling me to buy a pass takes me to a page telling me to turn off my WiFi and try again. I didn't have WiFi on and refreshing the page does nothing. Why is there no chat option? I don't know what to do. I am worried I am getting charged at non pass rates but can't turn my phone off in case I need to receive an emergency call. This is ridiculous Eae

You should be able to purchase a roaming pass via the myEE app also. Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? USA add-ons are only available on pay-monthly.
Mobile data will not work abroad without an add-on being in-place, calls & texts will be charged per-usage in the absence of an add-on.
