Boost Signal

I have moved into a new office and we will not have Wi-Fi installed for at least 12 months. I can get a signal if i stick my phone against the window but can't move it to answer calls etc. 

Is there a signal booster available that does not require Wi-Fi?

Ofcom-approved signal boosters cost £several-hundred, but should be available with some internet research.
